The starting point
Like many mid-market companies serving Fortune 500 customers, PC Connection arrived at sustainability through procurement. Enterprise customers were sending sustainability questionnaires. Suppliers were being asked to demonstrate that their data was credible and their programs were real. PC Connection had foundational practices in place, but bringing them into a defensible, externally verifiable framework was new territory.
The engagement
Greenplaces’ team partnered with PC Connection from initial scoping through final submission. The platform structured data collection, emissions, policies, supplier records, training documentation, into the formats EcoVadis expects. The team handled the methodology questions, the documentation gaps, and the back-and-forth.
What could have been an overwhelming “where do we even start” became a structured, sequenced engagement with clear weekly progress.
