What happens if you don't meet it
Suppliers who fail to meet Amazon’s requirements face a lower procurement ranking, up to exclusion from sourcing. Stated consequence: Vendor ranking only.
How to prepare quickly
If Amazon has asked for your disclosure, treat it as a defined project with a deadline, not a checkbox. Key timing: CEO-signed LOI: within 12 months of contract.
