Required for suppliers with ≥$1.3M annual spend. AZ pays CDP submission fee.
Near-term SBTi target required. Hard deadline was Dec 31, 2025 — verify if registered.
GHG scopes required: S1 · S2 · S3 (cats 1–8).
What happens if you don't meet it
Suppliers who fail to meet AstraZeneca’s requirements face scoring penalties in RFX/bidding that reduce competitiveness for new business. Stated consequence: Preferred status + RFX −10%.
