What happens if you don't meet it
Suppliers who fail to meet Cognizant’s requirements face contract termination or breach. Stated consequence: Immediate termination.
How to prepare quickly
If Cognizant has asked for your disclosure, treat it as a defined project with a deadline, not a checkbox. Key timing: SBTi + assured data: within 2 years of contract signing (2-year clock starts at signing).
