What Sony requires
Sony's Supplier Code of Conduct requires suppliers to meet high environmental standards, including maintaining permits and following reporting guidelines. Suppliers must reduce pollution, conserve resources, manage hazardous substances, and track solid waste. Suppliers are expected to set and report on GHG reduction targets, track Scopes 1, 2, and key Scope 3 emissions, and seek ways to improve energy efficiency and minimize emissions.
