Greenplaces Presents: Sustainability Served on the Half Shell at New York Climate Week
Greenplaces is hosting Greenplaces Presents: Sustainability Served on the Half Shell at New York Climate Week in New York City.
About this event
Join Certified B Corps Greenplaces and Crave Fishbar for an interactive afternoon of oyster shucking, environmental context, and cross-sector conversation on sustainability goals. Led by NYC’s first Oyster Sommelier, Jeremy Benson, attendees will learn to shuck and taste oysters while exploring NYC’s oyster history and the restoration work of the Billion Oyster Project.
Over drinks and light bites, we’ll crack open the conversation of practical sustainability strategies - how organizations can navigate growing expectations, requirements, and strategic goals that are meaningful, manageable, and make sense for the people putting them into practice.
